If you are working within tight quarters, or have only 115V outlets available, this planetary mixer is the obvious choice! A shortened column (makes mixer about 37" tall) and 2x2" footprint makes this a 30 quart mixer that takes up almost the same space as a 20 quart!

This machine weighs in at around 300 Lbs and has a compact footprint of 22" x 19". With 3 different speeds and 3 different attachments (Beater, Wire Whip, Dough Hook), this mixer is capable of mixing a lot of different foods, saves time, and is very budget friendly! The standard #12 hub on the front of the machine is a nice addition and is capable of running most standard #12 accessories available on the marketplace today. We do not recommend using any additional attachments on the #12 hub while also using the planetary mixer as this can damage the transmission and motor. The motor itself, at 1.5 HP (1200W), is more than enough power to properly mix a variety of food, and there is even a built in circuit breaker to protect the motor. If you require a 30 quart capacity mixer that can fit within the tight space of a smaller kitchen, this is a mixer that just fits. Comes standard with a safety guard, stainless steel bowl and stainless steel wire whip, stainless steel dough hook and stainless steel beater.
