What is the 90 Day Guarantee Policy?

  • The items we sell on our website vary widely and our inventory is changing constantly. Items sold are generally non-returnable since we sell liquidation items to consumers or businesses, or whole liquidation lots to other liquidators.
  • Although we do not accept returns, we offer a 90 day guarantee that the products we sell and ship to you will function as intended, and that the products that we sell are free from defects.
    • We will replace or refund an item that's "dead-on-arrival" and does not function as intended
    • If you receive an item that doesn't match the listing or description on the website. We will send you a replacement item if available, or refund your money.
  • If you encounter a problem with a new, refurbished, or scratch & dent product during the 90 day guarantee period, we will work with you to fix the issue, ship a replacement product if available, or provide a refund of the merchandise if we cannot resolve the problem. The 90 day guarantee we offer is separate from any manufacturer warranties that may be effective for a given product. The manufacturer warranty may provide you with additional coverages.
  • A refund will be processed once a 90 day guarantee claim is submitted, and approved. Funds will be returned via the purchase method chosen at checkout. Original shipping costs, even on "free shipping" items are non-refundable. We will deduct the actual cost of shipping from any refund we issue.
  • Depending on the merchandise, we may ask that the product is returned before issuing a refund. Other types of products may not need to be returned first before we issue a refund. We will provide specific instructions on a case by case basis.

How long do I have to use the 90 Day Guarantee Policy?

  • You have 90 days after the order shipping date to report any claims to us.
  • The coverage period begins the day that your order is shipped.
  • Manufacturer warranties may provide concurrent coverage depending on the original condition of the product you purchased. We will assist you in finding any manufacturer warranty information. 

Are there any exclusions for the 90 Day Guarantee policy?

  • The 90 day Guarantee policy does not apply to any used or secondhand items, or if you have purchased a bulk liquidation lot. We only offer it for new, refurbished, scratch & dent, discontinued, or manufacturer overstock inventory.
  • Products that do not offer the 90 day guarantee will be clearly marked "sold as-is" on our website or in the product listing or description.
  • Products that have been physically abused or damaged during shipping will not be eligible for the 90 day guarantee.
  • In the event of shipping damage, we will help you file a damaged freight claim with the delivery carrier, send you a replacement item if available, or refund your money.
  • You don't receive an item, in which case we will help you file a missing freight claim with the delivery carrier. We will send you a replacement item if available, or refund your money.
  • Products that have been handled, installed, or operated contrary to manufacturer's standard instructions.
